They have forums, help library (portal), 24/7 live chat, email and help desk.OwnerRez and Guesty had more things than what we were needing to actually use, so why pay extra for it?

Im not sure how you could possibly characterize me as a ‘cashflow investor through and though’ if you actually looked at the library of my content. 

Most companies are moving away from dedicated apps anyway as more code can just make everything accessible whether it's on a PC or a smartphone.
