Parents tend to stay in STR's further away from campus where overnight parking is less of an issue

This outlines things like guest/ overnight guest policy, cleanliness standards, roomie/tenant vs roomie/ landlord responsibilities...

I had a few houses that lost about 30k in equity overnight in the area (had been considering selling to do a 1031 into some new builds, but that turned into a less attractive idea after the equity drop).

I'm in the camp (tax-wise) that there should be a Flat tax or better yet, National Sales tax with no deductions for anybody or anything......so obviously the concept of depreciation would go away also.

However I now follow Larry McMillan's Daily Strategist Newsletter and it accomplishes the same thing for about $350/mo.None of this would have happened if I had left early like 80% of the people...and if i had not taked advantage of making note of the additional resources.On a side note I am still waiting on that "Free Camera" the Rich Dad team promised me for attending the weekend Boot Camp. :-)   

I know that's hard to say since in real estate a lot can happen overnight.

Nothing posted to the portals yet, but I’m guessing might take an overnight cycle and will post tomorrow.  

You could even offer glamping (luxury camping) to make it more attractive.Agriculture Leasing: Lease the land to local farmers or ranchers.
