Seller might claim that the contract wasn’t fair and equitable to begin with, or use stalling tactics, or they might say they need to move into the property because they are getting divorced/ lost their job/ need to move their ailing mother into the property, etc. and anything along those lines might make a judge more sympathetic to them than an investor buyer looking to turn the property into an STR.

My mother's side of the family came through Ellis Island from Finland and contributed greatly to the USA.4) Yes it is really hard on a jobsite to keep it free of illegals, you have to be on your Subs all the time, especially the Hispanic ones as they are more likely to look the other way.

My recommendation would be to look into hospitals nearby and try to market to them to be an option for traveling nurses also.

Many of the recipients are single mothers who actually want to find stable housing for themselves and their children so initially they are looking for the best house they can find and it is only when time is running out and their voucher is expiring (Yes that is a thing) that they begin lowering their standards and will settle for a cheaply put together home.
