They have been the best investments I've ever made, but hoping to have greater cash flow influence with a daily business model.Is there demand for these types of rentals in the investment community?

Abandon the Peurto Rico dream for now and look at more realistic/beginner friendly areas that still sport a large latin influence and strong rentals, like Florida (I've looked a little bit outside Miami..Boca Raton, Tampa, West Palm Beach, etc). 

Most are social medial influencers with only an elementary understanding of real estate teaching the most basic principles....BRRRR, section 8 rentals etc.

All I know is that, as CEO of this company, it was really hard watching influencers and 20-somethings race past me, buying dozens or hundreds of units from 2019-2022.

Most of these gurus haven't really invested in years, or they pay someone else to do it while they specialize in being a social media influencer and motivational speaker, so I share that frustration.

According to your profile, you'd be a representative of a Mexican real estate agency I'd never heard of, even though I've been investing in Mexico since 2017 so I googled the name you give and, surprisingly, I didn't find a proper website, just an influencer-like Instagram account.

Unless you can influence the builders to return our deposits like you made us get into this deal with them as we trusted you, the matter has not moved an inch for folks like me.
