I spoke with Aloha recently, this is what I understood:Wrt partials, you get an unsecured note from Aloha Capital, Aloha holds the sole secured interest in the loan. 

There is so much that can be talked about on that spoke, but that is for a different time.

But, I spoke to one buyer this week that he has been contacted by D32 attorneys and they were mentioned that the closing is occurring soon and that they should be refunded shortly.Once I have any updates or information from the seller/builder I will post here and also send all buyers a video and update.Thank you Wagner Nolasco

I would like to purchase but banks and hard money lenders I've spoke with so far are only lending up to 500k.

I spoke with them directly and they didn’t want to take ownership of it.

But, when 1 party has a clean sweep that means a lot of legislation gets passed, and that spokes the markets.
