@J Newman out of almost all options, buildium is the most user friendly interface in my opinion.

The interface is OK, but the map view / GPS is hard to pinch and turn or zoom out of. 3.

VRBO needs IT serious help in the User Interface and Experience department. 

It as a very similar web interface.

The interface is super simple and will ensure that you don't get lost in the sauce with your offers. 

They are free (or at least free up to a certain # of units) and offer  most of the same features  along with very friendly user interfaces for both tenant and landlord.  

It's quick to set up, has a very intuitive interface and has a lot of flexibility.
