One, you have be infected with or directly affected by the virus to take advantage of the new bill.

You don’t want someone to stay in your STR and then have someone else and spread this around or get it yourself.Also consider renting to HC workers in quarantine or those working in hospitals away from their families so they don’t infect them.

@Matt HigginsEventually everybody will get infected and become immune (herd immunity) or a vaccine will be developed.

No reason to have people traipsing thru the property and possibly exposing yourself and the current tenant to people possibly infected with the virus.

Obviously each of you risk infection if you enter and fix the clog.As far as the rent reduction in amenities?

Just curious if anyone here on BP has actually had COVID-19 (Coronavirus) personally.There are a ton of members here and I see countless posts about the virus but I haven't seen anyone who has actually contracted it.I'd be curious to hear what your experience was (or is) like and how you are holding up both physically and mentally.Many people have mentioned their tenants getting infected but I'm specifically interested if any member here has gotten it.If you've been (or are) infected with this horrendous disease and you're willing to share your story/experience I think it would be helpful to a lot of us to hear from someone first hand rather than through news/media outlets and third parties.With that being said I pray that nobody here has been in this unfortunate situation and I hope you all stay inside and stay safe!

Flu viruses kill fewer than .1% of people they infect.

So far in Washington we have had one person infected and fully recovered.  

So far the death rate is about 2% of hospitalized patients in China, but there are many more infected who had none or mild symptoms and weren’t hospitalized, so therefore didn’t get counted in the total.
