What a treasure trove of information.

Hey everyone, I am in Vero Beach, Florida (on the Treasure Coast) and am looking to make the previous owners garage conversion to living space into an actual separate ADU.

But when it's done, it's like having a special treasure that's worth a lot.So, it's kind of like picking between a quick adventure and a big, exciting one.

I know that you have to submit for a permit ($500), register with Treasurer and Health Department but worried about restrictions Ashwaubenon put in place. 

Who knows, you might even discover a hidden treasure trove of opportunities in the process!

I would point you towards Vilano Beach or the Butler/Crescent/Treasure Beach areas of St.
