I am starting to have some doubts about the feasibility of Short term rental in the Chicagoland suburbs.

As I dive into all the different paths I can take (single family vs multi-family, short term vs long term, cash flow vs appreciation, local vs out of state, etc..) my mind is scrambling and I've ended up doing nothing at all.I'm looking to join a mastermind that meets consistently and can really motivate one another to take our businesses to the next level. 

After reflecting on a strategy someone used to buy 15 short-term rentals off-market in just 12 months, I thought of an idea.

After years of focusing on my career and building financial stability, I’m ready to dive into real estate investing and start creating passive income and long-term wealth.My short-term goal is to purchase my first duplex or single family rental. 

Short-term rentals mainly cater to vacationers.
