hi @Jaycee,  the top floor(the one you see on the listing 8915 E Wes Pl Tucson), is essentially a ground floor as far as entering and exiting the home as the bottom floor(finished basement etc) is underneath it built into the other side of the foothill the house is sitting on.

Renovations were mostly cosmetic but included a new roof, windows, siding, front and back porch and patio, new flooring, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, fixtures.

The good news is that there are plenty of investors who would be interested in the property as-is and even more investors interested if:- The property is in an area they are familiar with- The property is in a desirable area- You are deep into the eviction process (it seems as though you are)- You can deliver 1 unit/floor vacant (this could happen before closing)That said, if you can keep it, I'd say do it.
