It's hard not to be emotional when house hacking becasue you're living there but think about other factors for you too, not just the cost.

The most important factors with wholesaling is credibility.

It’s preventable with proper precautions, but still something to factor in.Appraisal risk is a wildcard.

We're seriously considering Pittsburgh as the destination spot (multitude of factors), but I'm liking the numbers from an investment standpoint.
