I wouldn't touch Franklinton with a 10' pole on the existing inventory side. gravity 2 is being auctioned and sold by the developer the area didn't support office developer lost millions:https://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/news/2024/12/19/gravity...linden I agree on if you can get a good deal. super fast appreciation. small homes, close to downtown, you can look at year over year and it's going up fast but also fast to change. any urban adjacent neighborhood is going to be good.

The only thing that bests fear is courage and we only need a mustard seed of that to get things going...People often spend money on college and never go in to the field they spent that money on...the greatest lessons and the ones most remembered are learned 'on the job'.Wishing you more good news in the future and an exceptional 2025. 

Now to the bad news: it is REALLY hard to be a 20yo real estate agent and make a living wage, let alone generate cash for a down payment.

My chief complaint is the lack of communication and an actual project management plan... thats good news I know some lenders get pretty concerned when construction is so slow.. but sounds like a great deal and I know RTR will be there every step for you guys.. did not realize they were the conduit for this transaction.
