Finally, most people I've met in the country (and elsewhere) who love to stay in short-term rentals and dislike all-inclusive generally dislike Punta Cana.Of course, it's another story if you buy (partly) for lifestyle purposes, as you might just be happy enjoying your property and covering your costs.

Funny thing is that both Brad Doran and Alan Kirkham mentioned to me over the phone how they both knew that our CPA had a reputation for being disliked and having problems with multiple clients, but yet that CPA was still working with WealthAbility and was still being paired with clients!

I have not run into this but I know some banks dislike having accounts that are for lending and your bank may be developing that distaste.

You know the history of "generational wealth" is having the same interlinked with the history of "land privatization" and "war against communism" haha lol ... as generational wealth is impossible in commie-land.A family could offer "generational wealth" only if the land is private.This is why also the original communists really disliked the landowner/landlord like us lol....

His wife talks all the time about how much she loved her old kitchen, which they paid out the nose to remodel in the years it was "their" house.In our case, my wife and I both really disliked our old house, so it wasn't too much of a struggle to move and rent it out.

You owe him nothing, he isn't your friend, and he seems to dislike you based on your personal choices so I certainly wouldn't spend a single second worrying about his feelings.
