It’s not rocket science but it’s definitely something that takes experience and skin in the game! 

It puts us a little behind at the beginning of each new year but honestly, I think it brings everyone back refreshed and more efficient when they do come back and we also take that time off so it's nice to know that I'm not ignoring emails from them.I've heard good things from other investors that have used Rocket Station and Hire Train VA to find theirs but I can't speak to that experience personally.

Of course your/my mileage may vary - but this seems such a standard thing to do, I can not imagine it's worth thousand dollars of contract rocket science.  

You can use services like LegalZoom, ZenBusiness, or Rocket Lawyer if you want a company to handle the setup for you.

The other note is that in 2024, my income from the business really sky-rocketed, 3-4x what it was in 2023.

None of these things made me a better investor, or I should say gave me an edge that I could not have gotten otherwise.Buying a house and renting it out is not rocket science, despite what some gurus will tray to make you think.
