Definitely.Trying to go OOS for your first REI deal is a bit like trying to surf a monster 100 foot wave before you've learned to swim, or trying to ski a double black diamond for your very first run. 

I’ve realized that’s all that matters as every state has their own diamonds in the rough so I’m ready and willing to move anywhere.

Overall, very neat and clean but I have not found anything of large value such as gold or diamond.

Some listing companies leave listings up as bait to lure in buyer calls when they know the diamond property sold long ago.

And her and her sidekicks told me “you have a diamond” or something like that because a couple were zoned commercial and they told me I could get way more so they are including this much higher list price but I’ve had to lower everything by a couple hundred thousand and they haven’t even sold.
