Is this the case for all states?

I don't think its as easy as people make it out to be.

Tenant just moved in and is asking to delay rent payment until next month, looking for the 10 day move out form

This one came from Massachusetts, a state where the eviction laws are not in the landlord's favor.

I suspect but dont know .. this has all the red flags of lenders to watch out for as in pump and dump due diligence schemes..
