There are other giveaways:Food deserts.The Catholic churches in the area all do fried-fish Fridays during Lent out of their permanent soup kitchen facilities.The PJs are within easy walking distance.The firecrackers start on Memorial Day and end on Labor Day (this may be Pennsylvania-specific). 

Local kids who went to Catholic School and they ruined their whole lives.

The house was originally an Abby for the local catholic church so it would just be a matter of adding some walls and doors to make it livable.

Puritans were a religious group, btw, not a political persuasion and there were many types of them.If you don think that a religious group is also a polictical group, talk to the Islams, the Muslams, the Jewish, the Catholics, ect.

In general I agree with Matt, but we did this about five years ago...Actually visited the area, the house was already rehabbed and the property backed up to a private Catholic school.  

I also want to get loans from the Catholic Church and other churches for buying rental properties.
