The record keeping is antiquated by the local and Island government officials. 

I agree, none of the big players that I have ever met (or any of our clients) created wealth through cash flow, that’s antiquated.

No money antique, art or classic car flipping.

And I was on a few senate select committees in CA in the 80s purpose how to deal with these antiquated subdivisions that can never  be built but the lots are of legal record.

Christmas valley is one acre or larger tracts.. also were your seeing the Hawaii eruptions those are all antiquated massive subdivisions built on a grid on the lava flows. those lots have been traded for ever as well although created the late 50s.. 

Think Hoarders meets Antiques Roadshow.  

Also, If you like shopping you might also look around at places that specialize in architectural antiques, maybe you'll get lucky.

The door that is in there is an antique that was hand refinished with the window reglazed.When I asked if he had met them personally and thought they would be good tenants, he said he only met them at the lease signing and didn't think they were off, but no one in their right mind is going to show up with their shirts off and looking bad to a lease signing.
