Think I was just tired when I posted that and after I posted I was thinking it was a waste of a post since it can’t be done anymore anyway.I think a good option was as Jay mentioned, to buy with cash and refinance later.  

It sounds like you are going to be a tire kicker wasting your time and your agents time with unreasonable expectations.

That is why I am moving to STR because I am tired of all these regulations popping up everyday.Sucks that you had to replace the toilet, and they rejected the payment.

We found this lead through SMS marketing targeting tired landlords.

So tired of the lies and not taking responsibility for your part in this mess. 

Thankfully, there's only 1 guy to use for the bad reference.I want to see something money wise to see you are not one of the thousands of tire kickers out there.

Move on from "tire kickers" - deals that waste time and energy!!!
