Today is all about trade with China and if/until an agreement comes to fruition we'll have days like these from time to time. 

Then why is it such a trending format in the real estate trade right now?

2-4 units do not typically trade on cap rate, so it is an insignificant number.Those saying it loses money monthly are making assumptions about the terms of purchase that are not there.Obviously not knowing the market, the amount of rent seems low against the purchase price even for an expensive market.

However since this rally has been predicated in multiple rate cuts and a China trade deal and all the markets got was a 25 basis point insurance cut stocks will correct to fair value.

Hello Everyone,I am new to the real estate business and I'm just very curious what everyone thinks will happen to the US real estate market with this ongoing Trade War vs China. 

Wanted to see if anyone on here has used any General contractors that could recommend or any skilled trades that they have had a good experience with?
