My issue is that I am currently at 10 house loans with Fannie Mae, but selling this house will drop me down to 9, so I should have room for another golden ticket mortgage spot.Now I want to buy two houses and tactically it would be advantageous for me to use a DSCR Loan for the first house because its an existing property, and the the second house its a new construction tract home that will only take conventional financing.Under Fannie/Freddie rules would lender view the DSCR as "Loan Number 10", and I wouldn't be able to get a Fannie Mae conventional mortgage? 

I want this to be a mature debate about a question that I know everyone has different views on which by the responses its clear this is true.

I’ve heard of different ranges of appraiser’s views on ADU values, some do treat ADUs as whole other unit in terms of value (other’s add roughly half), just depends on which one I get.

My agent called for the last 2 days and finally received a text from her saying we could view property.

It makes it a lot easier to learn the market, physically view the properties and neighborhoods your considering purchasing in, and grow your REI network. 

It is my view that manufactured will have less value than the other 2 options.  

Some collect your mail and upload it to a portal for you to view.

Like @Eric Bilderback said, due to Rich Dad Poor Dad I don’t view my home as my biggest investment, although it is the most expensive single purchase I’ve made.

This comes down to personal preference on property type and size.I personally would want view, location, cabin style and close proximity to attractions (20 min or less).
