To be clear, I understand this was a flop but to go this bad is something else entirely.

I understand that in a perfect world this will be possible but maybe not in our current world haha.

I'm focused on the STR strategy as I would like to benefit from the tax advantages that it offers but understand it may not work out.

I am looking for more so a business/turning a quick profit and not so much an investment property.Sebastian,I understand but one good thing about being self-employed is you still can buy a home and use the banks money.

I understand your not wanting to give up the revenue.However, transferring reservations to a new owner is actually a bit complex:1. 

Once you understand those intricacies I think the overall idea and the concept in general is a sound and logical one I feel. 

Would love to understand any learnings you could offer about finding a reliable cleaning/maintenance crew!
