The due on sale clause is triggered by the sell by the trustee.I hope that helps. 

Total for all 3 lots at 132k.They are set up with city water and sewer already and just need to be connected when doing the foundation work.Buildings from my research without blueprints to get a lock down price I believe will fall between 100k and 110kper unit.

Hey all, I attended my first REI meeting earlier this month, and I heard a wholesaler casually mention that they had "upwards of 50+ contracts locked up" - this is verbatim.

Almost all of our communications with her are through text so we have proof she agreed to move out on the 1st and since she stopped taking our calls or returning our texts we immediately changed the locks and let her know by text that she could arrange to come get the rest of her stuff anytime during the next 30 days.
