I just want to pull the trigger and get into real estate.

I know I can have my custodian request to transfer funds into a different Self-Directed IRA account (which won't trigger the UBIT), but I'm trying to eliminate that hassle for every time I want to move money between my "UBIT Blocker Corp" & "Brokerage Account".

I tell them they do not have to be present, but it could be helpful if they would like to report a specific issue. when I used to do this for a living.. this was what we did  you had to.. the little drip under the sink becomes dry rot.. the toilet gets loose and you have subfloor issues.. 

Hello all,I've been looking at notes as an investing strategy for about a year now, I'll hopefully be pulling the trigger on my first purchase in the next few months. 

I am still in the learning period (reading books, going on this forum, articles, etc.) and have not yet pulled the trigger on a property yet.
