You just need to tap a river!!!

Keep records of all communications, copies of advertising, dates and times of discussions simply keep good notes, don't record phone calls without proper disclosure, that goes to wire tapping.   

You should be able to tap 90% of the equity in your current home that way.If your current home would make a good rental, I would consider pulling a HELOC on it to tap the equity for a good multi family that you can move in to with a low down payment.

The assumptions: improved lots, taps paid, site plans already accepted, plots already defined, county fees already paid.

I know residential taps in the country are about $25k-$32k.  

My reserve will be back up soon, recent repair has tapped into the fund. 

Was hoping to tap into the large community of Newark investors that have already gone through the process that could recommend a specific contractor. 

Not to mention equity tapping. 

I'm still in the learning phase and became curious about estate sales and merely wanted to reach out and tap the massive knowledge base here at BP before wasting my time using lesser resources.  

Or is there another niche that you are thinking of tapping that I'm unaware of?
