X 3 = 900 a month gross from 10 agents before expenses and also as a broker you have to keep track of student loan delinquency suspensions, license lapses, IRS tax levies on their commission, missing continuing ed requirements, child support licenses suspensions for non payment, rusty agents that hardly even close deals, etc.

I don't want to go back to ND, i just don't see that the market would support what i am trying to do, and the California market is to expensive and competitive for me starting out.

We got to the end of the project and we’d spent so much money and put so much sweat into the house that there were details that we did not take care of such as replacing all of the closet doors, fixing deteriorated carport support poles, replacing bedroom door knobs, among other items.

They came to Phoenix, sold their overpriced program and left town leaving us with inadequate support and leadership.
