When working with investors, its less about getting an understanding of their individual tastes, rather looking at the properties needs and then choosing materials and finishes that lend themselves to the style and character of the home.

My question is should I continue to try and find wholsale deals (haven't found any good deals so far but only been 2 months), should I purchase a property and hold for more income (monopoly style, 4 houses then trade in for a hotel), or should I sell my house and use the money from the sell to by houses and flip?

Overall, and I know this is a fully-loaded question, but where do you feel larger success can be achieved; CT or FL?

All of the interior doors (7) are nice solid wood 6 panel doors, but they have the old style mortise locksets that are not in the greatest shape.

I use both and don't really care where I buy it from as long as they have the color and style that I like.

So, again, if someone wants it bad enough, I believe $10,000 is achievable within a short time by hard work (And a second job!)
