When I was leaving the event there was a couple walking out and one of the sales guys was walking with them and trying to pressure sell them on the next event.I have thought about going to another 2hr event just to pass out small slips of paper with biggerpockets.com printed on them.  

This is great for me because I’m averaging a property / month so going through all that paper work and hoops would be a major pain.

Think like a paper buyer.

Does anyone have suggestions on the material I should study, or a simple guideline of things I should learn to make myself more appealing in this field.
