I’m not sure of the laws and processes in Canada, but here in Florida if the tenant’s use of the bag damages the floor, then the repair costs may be able to be claimed from their security deposit.

The OR Coast is remote, but increasingly accessible with low cost flights from most of the aforementioned areas into Eugene, Salem, Corvallis or Portland.

It cost me some money to get it set up initially, but now that its setup it runs like a sole proprietorship so my revenue is just taxed as an individual.

I'm not sure what the renovation cost would be to set this up for a rental.
