Just want to add that it most likely will take over a year to get permits etc. to rehab and longer still to sell.

If you don’t plan on working as a traditional agent helping people buy/sell properties it may be best to save your time/money and just dive deep into wholesaling.

I would walk thru the purchase process in Norway and see if you can do a quick resale and also make sure it is legal or you can’t be sued for tying up the property from the owners selling.
