The BBB here have sent warnings out that some companies are doing some sketchy real estate scams

You should be looking for the info you can actually take as value instead of looking for the "scam".

It means you're trying to scam people, and they're telling other people about your scammy ways.

I'd love to help some fellow Aussies and prevent them from being taken advantage of by big scams.  

I know I may have gotten scammed but I am going to write this off as a lesson but I did learn a lot!!!!

He's probably not trying to scam you, but a deed in escrow (only) is pretty worthless.

There is always a way out of things that I know so now I am exploring what's available to me or gather info from other knowledgeable people so I don't get scammed in the market place.Thank gof for the advancement of the internet and people like you guys willing to share info

Just read a story on here on BP about a licensed agent with little experience, who wired their property funds out of the country to a scammer because they thought they were wiring it to the title company, something an experienced agent deals with all the time these scams as they are common.
