I’m 25 years old and I have been saving for about the last 2 years to be able to start investing in real estate.

All fields are saved as text so it takes a lot of data cleaning to make it usable, and even then, it seems to run into issues a lot with certain loops.

If this is a great practice that will save me in the long run, I will bite the bullet and pay the cost however I wanted to get your input on the LLC. 

However, if you purchase a primary residence in another state, look into their homestead exemption laws before you get tempted to claim thatMy husband and I are residents of Texas, we own a home in Georgia (although ours was a primary residence at the time, not a STR or LTR like yours will be), if we had claimed the homestead exemption in order to save on our property taxes we would have been required to change our residency to GA and pay state taxes. 

But, their better-than-average appreciation can often be their saving grace]...

I don't make a lot of money but have managed to save 17k in a little less than 2 years.

With software like this, you can easily self manage your property and save yourself the cost of hiring a property manager. 

You can not gain financial freedom from a job or having a ton in savings.
