Not sure about their reputation, there were definitely some questionable things I found....but seem to be mostly tied to rental issues with their "own listings". 

Agents that handle the niche market of Real Estate should understand this is a reputation business and I hope that I keep making my clients money they keep utilizing my services.

so you are saying try to have a plumber come out and do the pressure test get the certificate and then call national grid and role the dice without getting a permit ?

He didn't even post it for the first 2 months insisting it needed things like deep cleaning (I'd just finished windexing every inch of the floor the previous week), that the stove didn't work (I paid $100 for the plumber to tell me his cleaner had unplugged it), and more supplies (in the end, I was charged for 3 bathmats).

Called the plumber the next day and after inspecting the leak soon realized it was a much bigger problem.

Would be best to get a reputable RE/Eviction attorney in that locality and follow their instructions.
