Go the places a good contractor shops and ask the business department, which contractor do they do the most business with this could be- Lumber yards- Truss manufacturers- specialty shops- Reclaimed wood and material stores4.

Who are the reputable suppliers?

Good afternoon,I am new to biggerpockets, been living in NY since December 2014 and have a growing interest in Real Estate Investing...I have seen some fixing and flipping in Florida from when i used to live there and i am looking to see if there is anyone in the NY area interested in mentoring me.I have experience procuring manufacturing of products in South America in the food industry, wood business and apparel manufacturing.

I'm in Palm Coast and although I am a Real Estate agent I'm always open to single-family or manufactured home deals from wholesalers.

My business, both investing and as an agent is based on my reputation being impeccable.
