Vacasa coordinates the cleaning as part of their management service but the cleaning costs are passed along to the guests.It's total speculation but I think the McQueeny property does better since it is closer to the more populated areas.

The inspection contingency period is really there for you to make sure there aren’t any glaring issues or big ticket repairs.
