About a month ago we started contacting property management companies to help us get the rental part moving, but this is where we've hit a road bump.

the financing fees, my client is thinking that he might be better off paying cash for everything instead of financing, but he’s thinking he should do it just for the learning and to allow his company to build creditfrom my perspective I just would like to know if these fees are right on point or if they are expensive. let me know your thoughts thank you in advance.
