As for your post in general James, you deal with agents more than almost all of us. 

I invested in a syndication in April of 2022 that was projected to give me an 18 percent return for 4 years after which I would be refinanced out on a waterfall and left with 5 percent of the deal post the waterfall as long as the deal is owned by the GP.

There are different loan products available for various situations even if you don’t have proof of income.

You're correct on your positives and negatives, but I would have some doubt on the DSCR disqualification - there are different loan products based on different asset types + markets.
