100% the recipe is there and it's a cooking away but, I fear we are tapping close to a glass ceiling and when you get inflationary action like that and limited financial capacity of the populous that all spells Stagflation, and that's the looming fear I see on the horizon.

The property is in rural Missouri in a town with the population of 4000, so small.My question is, what do you suggest my options are regarding a private road 1/2 a mile in  length with  about 1/2 an acre of grass in the center to be maintained and possibly snow ploughed 3-7 times a year?

Besides that "numbers first" mindset, I'm kind of out of my league.My gut says I shouldn't move on these specific properties, because they're in states that are losing population and none of them are in the best part of town.

What this doesn't account for is the amount of units that have been knocked down or the population growth and demand for new housing.With record high material pricing and labor pricing, I would be surprised to see a big uptick in new construction.
