That depends on your end goals, begin with the end in mind and work backwards to see what is best for reaching your desired goals.

Water in the seam or anywhere it can reach the particle board substrate would be the only problem.

If not, it is very motivating in determining your freedom number - the number of rentals you will need to reach financial freedom.
