I have not seen the current condition nor has the mgr provided pictures which I want as well.

All I can see is the picture of the person who posted the question/comment (can't even see the post).

As a hobby I'm working on one website for real estate listings where landlords/owners can list their property and also get professional pictures and video tour from our people ready for their listings. 

I'd also suggest uploading a picture to your profile.

If there were a problem with taking a picture of a house from a public street and posting it on the Internet, then Google Street View would be in a lot of trouble.I'm guessing that the agent doesn't want to be bothered showing the house but put the sign there to appear to be making an effort.

A tip some people have given is post any notice on the door and take a picture of it. 

I've only seen pictures but will be looking at it in person in a couple of days.
