When they put you in a position where you can't justify why your LLC (or you personally) is getting a cash withdraw because you don't have any paperwork/receipt... that is an issue.

You should be submitting the the paper work to the title company but the location and information of the title company should be provided to the seller in case they have any questions.

I've found a couple of good RE agents to help, a CPA, an attorney filing LLC paperwork friday, and still looking for honest contractors.
