Can I take a commercial loan against my earnings and history though and showing company just on paper?

@Kate Moreland  @Meghan Chomut Ledger refers to the old paper based method of keeping accounts on paper.

If nobody else is inhabiting the place during the first year except me doing the repairs, is it in alignment with the rules if I complete whatever paperwork is necessary to make the HUD house my primary residence on paper (although I won't be officially living there because the repairs aren't done)? 

What isn't made out of paper thin paneling is plastic, including most of your plumbing, not pex, just plastic. 

Im trying to create a "paper" trail... but actually all will be done electronically... transfers between bank accounts... hopefully in the same bank.

Inflation, deflation, I still have a house and that house is something useful.Stocks, and even money, can turn into toilet paper under adverse conditions.Of course, the way the current administration so going, they might decide that I can't get tenants out, no matter what, or even decide to give my house to my tenants.
