Here is the link to it.http://www.law.alaska.gov/department/civil/consume...I am no lawyer, but the way that article 8 is commonly interpreted in the industry is that if as a condition of a loan you need to move in to the home, you are able to issue a "notice to vacate" to any of the units, regardless of the rental agreement you are inheriting with the purchase.

I always vet all professionals using the Department of Business and Professional Regulations to check licenses, complaints filed, pending judgements, etc. in my opinion, if an individual is not willing to provide you certain information and/ or displays a combative attitude, that would raise a red flag, for me.

I've never really tested that because I don't want one of my fellow veterans to get foreclosed on, even if the Department of Veterans Affairs is OK with it.80/10/10, we often hit a wall on the qualifying front-end ratio.

It turned into a big problem because the banker had in fact no idea what he was doing, opened the accounts as if they were partnerships and Wells compliance department ended up closing all my accounts with the district manager getting involved as well.The way I am doing it now is by using a bank who understand Series LLC (US Bank).
