Ask, ask, ask other investors and home sellers in your area who they've used and what their experience was.And try various agents out by getting property comps from them just to see how well they communicate, how professional they are, how aggressive they are.

Reason being is that they don't want to "steal" someone else's investor.I dont quite understand this practice as I would prefer to go through and have communications with the actual people basically operating and managing the deal.
