Of course they get a kickback from it but you have all these people literally paying $600+ to have someone to fill out an online for that takes 5 minutes...

Of course if your all cash drag and holding costs wont matter in the long run.So for us they simply never pencil from ground up because of the cost and absorption time.

Looks like rates are between 6% and 10%.LOLLike others have said, it depends on how the loan is structured-DSCR, full doc, bank statements etc...Of course, credit and loan to value are big players in the rate as well.Stephanie
