As a natural born educator, I have always believed in the importance of being a "Learner for Life".

sometimes deals don't close.. also run title before you resell.. if it was me given potential life threatening deal I would just pass .. maybe it goes to foreclosure and U buy it at the sherrifs sale since U already know about it.. 

I am all about simplify life as you get older, especially if you have kids.

I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life and making some money.

I've had numerous repairs done on my properties, and I'll be adding some appliances which should be able to be claimed on taxes this year.
