I've heard of mentees that started out cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

My email to request a refund was sent back to me stating the message cannot be delivered due to spam URL content.

Leaving supply in the property is one method or using a company like 'filter easy' to deliver new filters is an even better way as the new package reminds the tenant it's time.

Talk to the seller and see if there is the option of delivering it vacant.
