Our new tenants are clean and awesome- we have through wired smoke and carbon monoxide and when an inspector or potential tenant walks in it is fresh, clean and beautiful.

Raise rents as Jon suggested, the tenants will usually leave by natural attrition or they adapt changing their ways and pay the rent.

The issue is HOW did he die IF he died in the house.At least in Texas, if someone dies in the house of natural causes then you don't have to disclose it.
