Medical?

The medical tenant is the larger anchor for the center so it is really KEY the lease details of that tenant, the rental increases they have, guarantee of the lease, if corporate or personal financials disclosed, etc.

But, on the day your write that check, it hurts like hell...Works the same way with an alternator on your car, tires, kitchen faucet, medical bills, etc. **** breaks and costs money, and while we don't know when or how much, we know it will!

Went to that doctors many times  with them being at the house to try and fix it I was not able to work because it would’ve been a HIPAA violation from my work because I work for medical field.

I hope this is ok, but I am seeking short term housing in the Lebanon or Hanover, NH areas for a 13-week contract at Dartmouth Medical Center.  

There are many traveling vocations, not just nurses but also other medical technicians, insurance adjusters, professors and university staff... the list goes on.I've managed some homes in Roseville that did very well. 

I've seen a mix of both options but ultimately traveling medical professionals want a safe and convenient option to get to work.

The idea of hosting medical professionals is appealing, but the budget numbers I've heard them quote are disheartening.

One thing Ive noticed about the gurus is that once they get mainstream their messaging changes.
