Roosevelt and Vernal have had quite a downturn over the last three years from the bottom dropping out of the oil market.

VT just passed that oil tank law so I'm currently paying $2,000 per tank per property to replace my older ones. 

In my conception of putting up a pole-barn roof over an house-trailer, the poles (pillars) would be oil-drill steels, of 26 feet long, which would be put in the ground, 10 feet down, so that winds can't pull such a roof up, by pulling the pillars out of the ground.

It is very easy to get lemons, so make sure you ask multiple people for multiple referrals.

Mineral rights and Oil is a roller coaster ride.  

I may also spread some of that out to oil and gas.

We all think we are going to pick the best tenants, if you are just starting out I bet you'll pick some lemons.
